Hello let me give you some expert advice Walking will help you lose weight but it needs to be at a brisk pace I would advise doing 30 minutes incline on the treadmill then increase to 45 then 60 minutes Vince Delmonte Weight loss expert

This is a good idea it shows your committed to losing the weight but if you try extreme methods like this you will just gain more back in the rebound stages. Aim for 2-3 lbs a week anything more will be vital muscle and you need that to stay on as more muscle revs up your M ! Vince

I would always recommend doing your cardio at the end of your workout for 20-30 depending your fitness level. Here is a sample workout on the Treadmill 2 minutes at 10 kmph 1 minute recovery at 6.5 repeat 10 times Vince
