Thank you! Tips? Well, it's taken me a long time to get here (and I still have a ways to go) so I guess give it time, always eat cake at weddings and birthday parties, know that dancing goes hand & hand with vodka diets, exercise most days, lift weights, eat a lot of protein, and drink a lot of water. Lame, right? ;)

Okay, I'll give it a try. I was hesitant to get the strap wet if it wouldn't work. Off to check it out....

I don't know. My sports bra fits me fine, but there's a gap where my bones concave right in the center. I could probably get the center piece of the strap to fit snugly if I moved it 2 or 3 inches below my bra line, but would that still give me an accurate reading?

Cereal is my biggest addiction and I eat at least 3 bowls a day. But starting Monday, I'm going to give it up for 2 weeks and see what happens. You have to make it a priority until it becomes a habit. I used to skip workouts if there was something better to do, cave every weekend when someone brought out something yummy and I never lost the weight. Unless it's an event for one of my kids, I rarely miss a workout and stay within my calories 80 percent of the time.…
