So mad! I pulled something in my right shoulder this morning (doing a stupid pushup of all things) and it's pretty irritated. I'm supposed to lift tomorrow and then have 2 days off. Gonna ice it some more tonight and go lower on the weights. Frustrating!

So, I had no idea how to get past the 25 lb. DBs for the incline press so I was doing 10 reps. Today, I made the leap to 30 lb. DBs and did it! I was so excited! Then I hopped off the bench, swung my leg around it and smacked my shin. Ouch! Limped my DBs back to the shelf and now have a lame bruise.

I didn't take a week off after Stage 1 and in hindsight, I really wish I would have. I felt kinda weak during Stage 2, tired, not my normal self. I finished Stage 2 last week and am currently on a rest week-just doing some light cardio and catching up on projects around the house. Good luck!

Sorry you're in pain, Beeps. That just sucks. Manic-I'm sorry you're feeling gross. I have those days too and they are just awful. I wish I had some answers for you. Have you taken any time off since starting the weights?

Beeps-I lose weight like a candle. Face first, arms, breasts, stomach. I'm at the lower stomach right now, still waiting for my butt & legs to do something. Manic-I hate those reverse lunges too.
