Are you doing it to lose weight or for religious reasons? I've had a couple of friends do it to get closer to God. They were miserable throughout the whole fast and ate all of the off limit foods their first day off of the fast. They lost a bit of weight, but gained it back.

Whenever we're in AZ, we always go for the Sonoran hot dog that he sampled. It's a bacon wrapped hot dog with beans, cheese, sauces, and the biggest, softest bun ever! Love that show.
