This won't help now but....when you are eating and dont have time to track take a pic of your food! then you can go back and track what you ate :0)

Coordination can be learned. The key is to stay at your own pace and work on form first...then speed. It took me time to get good @ 50% of the moves...still working on the other 50% LOL.....not unheard of for me to pull a Carlton whilst in Zumba class b/c I can't follow the instructor. JUST KEEP MOVING!!!

Lynn I hear you on the top and bottom not wanting to move at the same time. It has taken me 3 solid months to really get comfortable with zumba :0) and it coordination needs lol!

I weigh everday. I believe this to be very encouraging. It leaves less disappointment when weigh in day comes and perhaps I am retaining water. I also use it as a tool. I weigh before a workout and after to calculate water lost, so I know how much to hydrate back.

i'm having the same issue with my hrm. i worked out for 40 minutes keeping my heart rate between 129 and 150 which is my zone and it said i only burned 265 calories. and i have a polar ft4 with chest strap. i am lost on what to do.
