I've recently started mixing 1/2 cup of oats with half a banana, cinnamon, 1/4 cup of yoghurt and two tablespoon of milk to make pancakes. Another way is boiling 1/2 a cup of cooked oats, sprinkle some ginger powder, honey or sugar, and put some fruit on it.

what are you eating, how many calories. You can eat healthy but still gain weight if you're overdoing it. everyones different. Just don't give up.

i use it when i have issues going to the bathroom, i made the mistake of drinking 2 cup of it because i thought there wasn't an effect after the first one....the next day was spent in the bathroom......sorry for the TMI lol

i don't think it would hurt to go over those counts, as long as they're good carbs, protein, and fats. you can use coconut oil to do your cooking, you can add more salmon or any kind of fish to your diet for protein, and there's a lot of vegetable with low carb that you can eat plenty of and be full, like celery and peanut…
