Hello, I know this maybe basic but you need to take in at lease 8 glasses of water a day! If you have alot of sodium your body will hold back and you will retain water. Plus, if you are doing any kind of weight training you will turn the fat into muscle. Keep going you will be there.

You may need to take vitamins if you have changed your diet. Plus, make sure you are drinking plenty of water during the day.

Listen to your body! You will go up and down and as you develop muscle you need to keep up the change in work outs. Your doing the right thing.
