I record as Circuit Training and put in my calorie burn from the heart rate monitor.

Not a food suggestion but a bag: https://www.ebags.com/product/ebags/crew-cooler-jr/221629?productid=10153371 Both my husband and I have one. The pockets are great for non-perishable snacks and utensils. I put a small rectangular ice block in the bottom and then rectangular/square food containers on top. (The rubbermaid…

Iron rich foods, hot chocolate, tea, and some quality down time to cut down on stress eating.

If you are breastfeeding could some of the desire to eat be driven by thirst? Your body is desperate for water when making milk and it knows that food contains water. If you're eating a lot of processed food, swap it out with fresh produce that contain a lot of water (cucumbers, oranges, etc).

There are definitely things I would rather do with an oven/stove top. However hard-boiled eggs in the InstantPot is much easier and uses a lot less water than doing them on the stove.

If you cook the beans without soaking you will get some crunchy beans. The only way to truly prevent gas it a product like beano that contains the enzyme the human body lacks (why we have gas). Humans can adjust to beans. But what we seem to do instead is go "this chili is so good!" and eat 3 bowls of it and then not eat…

Are you also having sleep issues? My son's medications can make it hard for him to sleep. So we don't give him any caffeine (he's also EIGHT) and give him melatonin every night. (Plus a whole sleep routine and a sleeping mask.)

Get rid of the XL coffee and have a small. Little doses of caffeine throughout the day instead of big ones that will cause the headache when it wears off. Ditch all the energy drinks, some have as much caffeine as four cups of coffee and they can be dangerous. Pack a thermos of coffee (if you use milk, heat it so it…

Why are you assuming she buys the groceries?

My son has ADHD & autism. His pediatrician put him on an iron supplement and said something along the lines that people with ADHD will have worse symptoms when their iron levels are low. So you might want to track that nutrient and make sure you are including lots of iron rich foods. When did you last have blood work done?…

Yes they do. Antibiotics given to healthy animals help them put on weight. We've been giving it to our healthy livestock since the 40's. It's being phased out, but it's still happening. https://www.scientificamerican.com/article/antibiotics-linked-weight-gain-mice/…

1. Calves are weaned at 8 months. They are still pretty damn small at that point. It's antibiotics and corn during the adults years that make them put on the pounds before slaughter. 2. Pus? That's *kitten*. What's in milk is white blood cells. You know when people go on and on about how important breast-feeding is for…

Now imagining a gym where the mop is racked with weights and giant rolls of industrial toilet paper are being used as steps in the aerobics classroom.

If knowing the difference between "exerting myself" and "I'm about the charge the orcs" makes me a brain surgeon, then yep, get me a scalpel!

The herd must stick together in case a lion springs out of the supply closet.

I was going to say give birth.

It's one thing to make a noise while lifting weight. But if people can hear a person over the sounds being pumped out by their own earbuds way over in the cardio section, that's not exertion, it's a desperate cry for attention.

Well considering I'm not the one who said it, you probably shouldn't be commenting on "reading posts properly".

I didn't realize adding methyl to my substrates needed to be maximized.

Suck on something while you are baking. Lemon drops or something else that would make items taste "off". I assume your baking days are somewhat planned and you could adjust your calories for the day to allow for "test cookie", etc.

Try Dasani sparkling water, they aren't sweetened. Coke Freestyle machines have the Lime flavor and you can buy the other flavors in cans at the grocery store. I'm partial to the Tropical Pineapple. I dislike La Croix so was pleasantly surprised when I tried the Dasani and like it a lot. I've also found buying cans/glass…

Pick one dessert in advance and tell yourself that you will have ONE if there are any left at breakdown. I would make sure to be extra full through the event: have a bowl of oatmeal for dinner, bring water, pack a container of strawberries, etc.

What flavors did you get?

They have free samples....

I was on a text chat playing Diablo 3 and the discussion was talking about sex during pregnancy, my comments were completely factual and not flirty or attention grabbing. Had a guy sending me creepy private tells when I had already disclosed a) I was a mom and b) I was happily married. I had to log off for the night,…

It's not a bar, but I do like Soylent. My packed lunch is frequently a bottle of Soylent and a piece of fresh fruit.

I agree on the switch to soups. There are recipes out there for making soup with a blender. Vitamix has several on their site. You won't get arrested for drinking your soup out of a thermos instead of using a spoon. :)

Frozen will definitely give you the most bang for your buck when it comes to produce. Eggs are awesome and can be dressed a lot of different ways: scrambled with cheese, omelet with mushrooms and onions, etc. Ground beef or turkey. Definitely do dried beans and not canned. It will save you a fortune to cook them yourself…

Ask yourself what they are feeding the chickens that they can afford to sell the eggs that cheap.

No, it is not. That is complete and total *kitten*. Science is built on sketching out theories based on existing data, testing out those theories rigorously, having others attempt to poke holes in your theories by replicating your experiments or reviewing your data for biases and errors, and THEN if it passes all that it…
