Seldom do I read an entire post. I am crying from laughing so hard... I can't believe someone would think of using a used cat box for this; scrub it really good and send it through their expensive dishwasher to super clean it. REALLY??? Buy new materials - part of the birthday present! Just disgusting!

Get rid of ALL of the clothes that are too big. Don't save any of it. That way when things start getting a little snug, you'll cut back and get back into routine. I am too cheap/poor to go out and buy larger clothes whenever I eat too many cookies! Getting rid of my larger comfort zone clothes has helped me.

My son is on a gluten free diet for autism and I have been wanting to start on one myself so he doesn't feel left out when it comes to mealtime. I have heard that doing away with wheat products can help with some dietary issues even though you may not be allergic or sensitive to gluten. It's a very difficult and can be a…

I think we both need a kitchen gadget intervention. I forgot to mention we had 2 separate full-size coffee makers and one back-up.

Too funny about all the gadgets. I have in my household 3 breadmachines, 3 crockpots in different sizes, 2 mixers, 2 rice steamers.... The list goes on and on. You can see why I would ask which to buy!

Thanks for your additional comment. I was thinking along the same lines. It's nice to share info. when you find something; not to be discouraged by others' comments. Protein powder shakes get verrrry boring at times so to have a different recipe is nice. Sorry the powders are so expensive over there. And I agree with…

Blah! No change this week. 213.6 lbs. :( Getting frustrated!!! I need to start owning my challenge and moving my butt!!!!

Wow, new to this site with this challenge. Panicked when I couldn't figure out how to post yesterday. Here is my current weight for the week: 213.6 pounds. Most of it water loss from my vacation the previous week. It's still weight though and my cankles are back! They were just an extension of my knee caps last week. :)

I knew this was going to be bad coming back from family vacation. Weigh-in this week- 214.8 lbs. Ugh! I definitely need to work a bit harder this week. I wish temps would go down a little to work out a bit more.

Hello everyone, I just got back from a 1 1/2 weeks family vacation. I am scared to look at the scale right now - it's not going to be good this week. The water weight gain is going to be bad on its own. Then there is the endless days of eating out with my kids - fast food and amusement park food. We had a great time, but I…
