  • Love this goal Jocelyn! There are so many ways out there to rapidly lose weight. But a lifestyle changes the only way to make it permanent. It sounds like after your last competition your body did not know how to handle any carbs anymore. Keep up the good work. You can do this!

  • Your journal looks great. However, you are consistently under on your fats. Depending on how active you are and how hard you train - you may be under eating. Do you happen to know what your body fat percentage is? Make sure you are eating enough to grow muscle mass but little enough to burn fat.

  • Remember to balance each meal with a protein, a fat and a carb. Plan your carbs wisely and use them mostly before you work out and after to recover.
