At the end of this five weeks I am coaching 5 athletes a national championship in Florida! It is very important to me to look fit and professional. I also want to be comfortable on the beach and just enjoy myself. Stay focused on your goal because all the little steps add up- every choice matters!

Hit your macros (pie chart!)
Remember our goal is not just to hit our calories but also hit our goals concerning our macros. Our pie chart on the nutrition tab needs to read 25 to 30% carbs. No more! Be brave with your healthy fat intake. Fat does not make you fat!
