the program puts me at 1800 calories per day but i am not sure if that is too much to lose the weight i want to lose

I am grossing 1650 calories. i think i am measuring/logging food properly. i have the food scale and all. i am really strict with that. What do you think my calorie intake should be?

it said 1900 calories i feel that is too high....ive been eating around 1650 a day. is that too low?

i was doing 50% protein 30%carb 20% fat. is that ok?? and also on the calculator, would 20 pounds be "lose a lot fo weight" or "lose some weight" ??
