calories to lose 20 pounds?

if i want to be 125 by march (20 pound weight loss) and im 5'2 how many calories should i be eating now? i do p90x and burn like 500-700 calories per workout..

Use that. P90X is going to need a lot of calories. But around 1800 calories. I would also adjust macro's to 35% carbs, 40% protein and 25% fats0 -

it said 1900 calories i feel that is too high....ive been eating around 1650 a day. is that too low?0

It could be. 1900 is not that low. .In fact, most of the women I work with eat 1700-2000+. And I can tell you that if you don't eat enough, you will not see the results from p90x. It happened to me while eat 1800 calories. When i bumped it up to 2600 calories, I then started to see the weight loss, fat loss and inches. Fuel the body, burn the fat. So why don't you try 90 days at 1800-1900 and see how things go. You should start to see things within 4-6 weeks.0
