When did you start seeing results with p90x??
I am a female and i am done with week 2 of p90x classic. I am wondering when you all noticed the most difference/weight loss. I am 5'2 139 and really want to lose 10 pounds by the end!! i am eating around 1650-1680 calories. is that ok? i do not feel tired or weak at all so is that a safe deficit?

Would insanity be the right program for me?

calories to lose 20 pounds?
if i want to be 125 by march (20 pound weight loss) and im 5'2 how many calories should i be eating now? i do p90x and burn like 500-700 calories per workout..

really having trouble figuring out calorie intake
I do p90x and burn about 500-700 cals per workout. i weigh 144 and am 5'2 i want to get down to 125 by march. i eat 1650 calories a day but i feel it is too much. should i go lower?

Starting my fitness journey over! some advice?
I did p90x for about a year and had the most amazing results! fast forward to now, after 3 stressful months, i managed to regain most of the weight i lost. i re started p90x and just finished week 2. do you think by restarting p90x i will get back to the way i was?? i have lost all hope
