okay. i have to admit something. i was reading very fast and i read spank for park. and i was spanking kids burning off calories and works your shoulders. i know this because my mom would get sorefrom spanking me lol . but yea going to the PARK and playing with your kids does burn calories

according to ur diary you are not over. the protein intake for MFP default is low. you should consume 1 g for ever pound you are .. or something like that.. you are fine

For breakfast I have a couple of options that fit my taste that morning. If I want to eat something cold cereal hot oatmeal. Protein. Omelet carb toast For lunch u have the something for a week because I make a batch on my day off dinner is different depending on what's in the fridge

I am doing the p90x workouts not shakology and I get 6-6and half hours of sleep at first it was a struggle but my body is getting use to it. I actually eat alot of whole food. Bitfor some reason the more weight i lose the more I eat.
