1200 is really the minimum number of calories anyone should eat regardless of goals. By progress I'm gonna go ahead and assume you mean loss, which, at anything 1200 or less, weight loss will happen. But less than 1200 on a regular basis can go a bit unhealthy.

I had a major problem with it until I stopped eating breakfast first thing in the morning. I know people make a huge deal out of breakfast. Like you MUST eat it within, say 20 minutes, of waking up. It's the first day of my new schedule (up at 4:55 am everyday! whoa) so I just know I'm gonna feel lazy today, so my goal is to quit whining and go to the gym today and get in a whole bunch of cardio :smiley: I'm gonna do it!

Chocolate Vita Tops! I'm a total slave to cake and cupcakes, and those totally work. They are super good and 100 cals. I usually have one as a treat once a week and I'm not tempted by anything else...
