  • It's so true that once you stop having those things you stop wanting them! And I find that if I do then afterwards I can actually feel really awful and more overweight than before I ate it! Even though that can't possibly be true if all I've had is a chocolate tiffin...like today :S Tara x
  • Thanks for your replies people. I don't want to wreck all the hard work I'm doing in the week by over doing it on the weekends do I?! I'm going to try and squeeze in more walking, esp now the weather has picked up, and wait for a good recovery before picking back up 30DS again. Can't wait til I get a phone where I can have…
  • Hi, Yes I have modified the moves to suit me and found that some things got easier towards the end of the 10 day stint and some didnt....push ups!! So, in my opinion I'd keep going to 10days of L1 and then move on regardless. The moves in L2 are completely different and work different muscles etc. Seems like overall the…
  • I think you'll be fine if you are doing some other exercise. Just a little warning though - I fell off the wagon with it a couple of times by leaving it too long and not doing anything else. You probably have more will power than me though!!
  • This is exactly what I've been thinking. I was 12st7lb, size 14 then got down to 11st 7lb and now 10st7lb and still feel like an overweight hideous mess. 10st 7lb was my ultimate goal and now I'm there and I'm not happy. In fact I feel really sad every day and have started to get angry about it because I can't seem to lose…
  • Thanks everyone. Some great advice. I guess I do need to up the calories a bit again but I think I'll find it hard to do because of having got used to 900-1000cal quite quickly and maybe feeling a bit greedy eating more. I do need to incorporate some exercise regularly (at the moment it is mostly just dieting and lots of…
  • Hiya... I did 7 days of L1 and got bored so have moved on to L2 and done 2 days of that. It is pretty tough but do-able...I don''t expect myself to do the harder versions of it for the whole time til at least day 5/6. Saw a dramatic weight loss over this past couple of weeks but the past few days I've hit a plateau again.…
  • Hey...how's it going? I missed a day yesterday and so am calling today Day 5. Found it pretty steady going today...the first bit is still the hardest but I had more energy by the end...probably to do with andrenalin. Have lost 4lb so far (started dieting 2 weeks ago) but I still feel pretty rubbish about myself. It's just…
  • I'm on Day 3 and could use some motivation! I ache less today than I did yesterday though I found it harder to complete the workout...maybe because I knew what was coming!! I'll join in this thread if that's ok? On Level 1 the first set of 321 is the hardest so bear that in mind as you push through :) Good luck!
  • Just wanna say you are doing so well to have lost the weight by the time your child is 6months. It took me 18 months and now I'm trying to loose my post marriage weight! So please be encouraged...you are doing great and I'm sure are completely gorgeous!
  • Hi, I'm 5ft2 and weigh 155lbs at the moment!! This is 21lbs lighter than I was after I gave birth :) but I'm only aiming to get to 135-140lbs. That's what I was when I got married and a trim size 10. Currently I'm a 12-14. I've only been 122lbs once and that was after an operation and I looked really ill. What I guess I'm…
