I had to wear a boot for awhile in the spring and I added cushion inserts in my shoes and it fixed it. Make sure your shoes has great support and not flat where the heel is.

Hi, I'm Susan and I also have Fibromyalgia. I used to use my stationary bike for about 45 mins a day and hate that I stopped doing it. It helped my pain a lot.

I have at least 70 I want to lose. 2018 will be my year I lose this weight that Perimenopause has helped me put on as well as other things. I started keeping track right after Christmas and have loss 8 pounds so far.

The chicken breast I buy have the cals on the package so that's what I use.

Everyday I fit it in my allowance.. skinny cow bars or ice cream, dark choc kisses, fiber plus bars, etc. I'm trying to have a healthier way of eating instead of a diet so choc must be included.

I know exactly what you mean and that's what I'm coming off of now and the cravings are gone but still have those 3 pounds that I picked back up. uuggh. That is when my cravings totally take me over like an addiction. It's tough being a woman at times.

From my own experience I have tried it both ways and the only thing that works FOR ME is to do both then I see results. I can't just diet and lose so that's what works for me.

I feel when I tell people that's when I screw up and stop losing. After those amount of inches I would think they can tell that you've been doing something but I totally understand what you are saying.

I love Leslie I have 3 of her dvds and and started on a different one yesterday and it is kicking my butt. Just finished 5 miles of it and I feel like a sweat factory. I always see results when I do those dvds.

Snackwell's have 100 cal packs now and this time I tried the fudge creme brownie bites(150 cal) and they are good but even for me that I love sugar it's almost too sweet for me so after that I'm good. Alsom Breyer's smooth and dreamy dark choc velvet ice cream it is really rich.

I have tried many times to eat oatmeal and never had any luck but for the past month or so I have grown to crave it and actually like it. It may not be the best for me but I eat the low sugar maple and brown sugar.

Hi I'm Susan. This is my 2nd week on here, week one I lost 2 pounds, and this week I lost 4. When I walk (about 35 min and workout dvd about 45 min. total) my calories with exercise is raised to a lil over 1500 on here. So, if you walk 60 mins a day and eating 1400 cals. maybe that's not enough. Veterans on here can help…
