just find a similar kind of soup in the food database and use that instead... if you don't feel confident with those numbers, then compare a few brands of that type of soup and pick one that has the most believable calories etc.

I second that on the Polar FT7!! I love mine! I got one on ebay for about $85, but they retail at about $100-$120.

I <3 <3 <3 Zumba Wii!!!! It is a great workout and it is really fun! I am always sweaty at the end of the 45 minute classes. I just got a HRM in the mail, so I will try it out and see exactly how many calories it burns.

I think you should- at least for curiosity's sake to see how many calories it is. I'm kind of curious myself. It might motivate you to be more active! If you do, post the calorie count and time on here, I dare you! lol

yes- there is a category for aerobic dancing I believe....but the best way to know how many calories you burned it to get a heart rate monitor. you can do it as long as you want. I'll usually go for an hour. It has a lot of breaks between songs, so it isn't really that vigorous. If you want a really good Wii dance workout,…

They are yummy, but not filling...but good for a craving.. if you are really hungry though, go for fruit or something to get more quantity of food for the same amount of calories.

I was just wondering the same thing. It seems like some people swear by eating your exercise calories and other say it makes them plateau.... it is very confusing!

Interesting.... I've seen lots of posts saying you must eat your exercise calories back so not to go into starvation mode, break down muscle, and gain fat as soon as you eat more.... but it seems like people on this string say that was causing a plateau for them..... confused. :-/
