What is everyones take on ion braclets? Do you think they actually work?

    I think they are a gimmick.....but who knows. I won't lose any of my money finding out!

    They don't work. My parents bought a couple against better judgment, and they just received a settlement check from a lawsuit basically stating that the product failed to meet the claims made by the company.

    i definitely thought they were a joke but actually while at the disney marathon weekend (ran the goofy challenge yea!!!) they had a booth at the expo and free demos...it worked for me...i was actually really shocked....so i suggest finding a fitness expo i cant imagine they would be there with how new they are and how they are trying to spread the hype and see if it works for you..lol

    I'm hoping the tooth fairy brings me one, that and a shakeweight so I can get buff like the guys in the commercial...

    This past weekend, I actually went to a yardsale and the guy was a personal trainer and he had some he was selling. It worked for me.

    but how can you tell if whether or not it is working?

    there's no real way to do a controlled experiment
