  • The pyramid is no big deal. This was my husbands choice through a friend of his. Anything to get him motivated is good with me. As for consulting a doctor, we both see doctors on a regular basis including full blood workups & liver checks. We have had nothing but positive results so far.
  • Ive decided not to let this be an obstacle. It is my challenge to change things up. I will double my walking distance. See if it bumps me up enough to start loosing again. I just dont want him to stop dieting because it has been really good for him. Trying not to become his obstacle!

  • If it just has to be fast food I stick to a grilled chicken sandwich with no mayo. On a long road trip I love Cracker Barrell. They have an online site you can check the menu aand calories to plan ahead. IHOP has great low cal heart healthy breakfasts on thier menu.
