I feel like it's very important to adjust your wardrobe when you are trying to lose. It will give you extra motivation to keep your body fit when you get to where you want to be!!

I need to get a better setup for music listening, I can only really do it when I'm doing the elliptical, treadmill, walking, etc. My headphones always keep getting unplugged doing anything else. Thinking about looking into some bluetooth headphones.

I noticed a tremendous difference between 393 and 358! Also man, there is definitely a difference there. One thing to help yourself noticing is to get some new shirts to fit your new size!

"True they offer pizza and bagels but you don't have to have them" Should they really be offering the temptation though? I get that some people may need that carb kick after an intense workout or something but I dunno, maybe have some better options or something.

Well I got it all in there and went over in pretty much everything except carbs lol. Oh well, at least doing this allows me to have days like this here and there. I did other diets before and always had to watch other people eat good stuff on holidays! Not really too bad tho, less than 100 over on calories! Let's not talk…

Thanks :) I might even be under my calorie goal but I'm guessing sugars and sodium are gonna be clocking high! I've been good so far though so I'm not too worried.
