I could argue both points, 2 workouts would kick your body into gear twice rather then once. But a hour work out keeps you going longer, and build stamina. I think you need to figure out what works best for you.

I would toss the list, a life style change is way better then a diet. If you teach yourself to eat right which you can using your diary and staying under the calorie goals. Exercise and it will go faster! To lose weight is simple your body needs to use more calories then you eat.< its that simple Best of luck to you Jake

just saying is it possible that your looking for the worst, maybe the elderly couple were happy for the two of you and thought you were a cute couple. I have found that we care way more about our selves then other people. It has helped me with my own sensitivity of what others think.

if it wasn't working why are you worried about it. I don't eat them all back and have been losing I did however need to increase what I ate and slow down the work outs Shake it up and find what works

Sounds excessive to me I don't believe your body can consume that much protein assuming that there is 32 grams per shake. If you go that route take care of your kidneys and drink a lot of water.

I have asked my Dr and they told me not till they finish puberty Cardio is ok, push ups, sit ups, lunges, ect but they should stay away from lifting weights was the advice I received

I have found that my body feels better if I sit in it for 15 minutes following my work out. I do some stretching in there but I have stretched out of the sauna also. I think the warm helps my muscles relax. I do have some arthritis, and firbromyagia so pain is common for me. As far as sweating to lose I think you drink it…
