I had similar problums, and I got Good Feet inserts and they helped. I also found out I had some medical isues causing this, talk to your Dr too. I here ya, still got my moobs and I hate them but I did finally have l small nsv today to keep me going. I picked up my shirt for my brother to show him my weight loss and low and behold I found my upper abbs trying to peak out from the fat, and I am still huge. Keep at it it will go.

Thanks guys and gals, I liked the feeling after the work out even the next day but wow its going into the third day, hurts to get off a chair.
