I have avoided that monster for months, then I decided to give it a try..... I was right it was tough I could only do 5 min, but I have been trying and seeing improvements and it does give a great burn. I still hate it but I hated all the gym equip when I started so maybe there is a slight chance I can grow to like this…

I just got the guys version Sunday and am over 1/2 way through it i cant put it down its so full of information. I cant wait to get started on the plan later this week

Pre Planing your food for the day can help with the weekends or weekdays. If you make a plan you just need the will power to stick with it. I started doing this when I was trying to get my macro's in order. It was a huge help for me best of luck to you all!

My week was like that last week, I got the flu shoot so I am blaming it on that. You may just have a mild bug don't quit you will get stronger.

I think so, we have a gym membership, and mostly use it just for weight tracking and goal setting. Yet this morning my wife was on it having a ball for her work out today.

we use whole wheat torteas work great and everyone builds their own its fun and the torteas are better then the crust I have looked at.
