Thankfully I found a way to reset my streak, if anyone else has this problem, go to help and then search streak and it will tell you how. I'm so glad, I've worked hard to get there :)

I also eat at a deficit during the week. I have MFP set to 1/2 loss, that allows me to go over 1750 during the week (80% of which happens during the weeknd). This allows me to not be so rigid. I know if I ate to the total 1570 that it gives me each day come the weekend, I would need to stay at that also and with the meals…

The fitbit makes you think of things differently. I have a sit-down job so I don't get a lot of steps in, but it makes me think about what I need to do and when you excited about going to walmart just so you can get more steps in you know your addicted :).

yeah this is not good, I barely make it to the amount that mfp gives me on a given day. I am not a big meat person and for the next 3 weeks I am doing no meat. It's really hard to get in the protein that they say.

I've noticed the same thing and I'm not holding onto anything and walking normally. Today I went on a 35 minute walk/ 2.1 miles and it said I exercised for 16 minutes and only said I did 3000 steps and 1.3 miles. I have the flex and bought it from target on Black Friday. Not sure what I need to do to make it more accurate,…

I have a PolarFT7 that I wear when I'm doing cardio, do you also wear your flex when you've got a more accurate hrm? I was wondering the same thing, is it worth it to add to my Christmas wish list when I have a Polar and I always try to have my phone in my pocket and that's the way I track my steps through the "pacer" app.

@erickirb: Really double, the goal is 52 a day and I have a hard time reaching that, don't know how I'd make it all the way to 80. That's no bueno.

I tend to be the person that says a calorie is a calorie, but I also know I use that as an excuse, because I eat terribly, but still end up under my calorie goal and have lost weight. Maybe I look at things the wrong way, but I eat pizza all the time (it's in my top 10 items), I just eat one piece for lunch or something like that (not saying I only eat 1 when I hit up Cici's :smile: ). I say as long as I'm in my calorie goal I am good.

That's what I find myself doing, I still have it as a 1/2 lbs. loss a week so that I can have extra calories to eat on the weekends and don't go over for the week. If I change it to where I can eat 250 more calories a day, then for the week I'd be way over since my family always eats out on Sunday for a big meal.

I'm definitely going to have to try, we got some French vanilla cake mixes for super cheap and I'm thinking about adding diet orange crush to it. I have never done anything like this before! If your not a big fan of cool whip what would be another good icing to use? Any other good mixes that you can think of?
