Okay so just now for example i made my son a sandwich and took a bite then gave my daughter some souo and took a bite. How do i log my food when its on the fly like this?

Totally forgot to ease in, hit 180lbs on hack squats and feeling immediate soreness...like each step hurts lol. But im honestly glad to get it started again. I like the relaxation/yoga idea. Thanks everyone =)

Omg your posts were AWESOME! Im gonna check out that guide. I think the hardest thing is eating my recommended cals anywhere from 1600-1900 depending on which formula is used. Thats a good way to look at it. It seems like i do great for a week then fall off for 4 weeks and accept that im just gonna be bigger now but eventually i get motivated again. The struggle is real. Im starting a 90 day challenge tomorrow and i have a ticker app on my phone so hopefully that helps!

I walk on my lunch 5 days a week. I do full body strength training split into 4 days a week. I manage to get some additional cardio 2-4 days a week at the gym.

My goals till next Monday are to be consistent with workouts. Log and eat mainly nutritious food from home and get good sleep each night.

I told myself I wouldn't make one but here we go: My new years resolution is that when I trip or fall I pick myself right back up right away, I forgive myself and move on quicker than normal, I keep PUSHING towards my goals :)

Me too ladies! I gained back 13 pounds, boy it comes back like it was never gone! But I have already lost 3 pounds and its looking bright. Lets stick together and win!
