Get sized at a running store, bring your current sneakers with you. I wear sneakers for over pronating and have special inserts added to them. I also have an app to track the mileage I put on them. Usually around 400 miles, I find my feet hurting and need to get new ones.

Pack a lunch in a bag with an ice pack and keep it at your desk. Had someone steal my lunch from panera's once. I was so mad!

According to this website: http://www.coachcalorie.com/calorie-calculator You should indeed be consuming around 2,400 calories a day. Maybe add in some healthy fats: like avocado or coconut oil, nuts or almonds?

I just ordered one. Getting back into the swing of things after a long recovery from back surgery. While I was recovering, my fitbit one was in the car and someone stole it. They probably thought it was a bluetooth thing for a phone. I didn't want to worry about a one getting lost in my bra again so I'm giving this a try.

Yes, go to a specialist running shop. I did a few years ago and I was wearing the wrong size running shoe (your feet expand with activity) and I overpronate. I now replace my shoes every 200-300 miles, I track the mileage on an app on my phone. This last time I also added special inserts after trying them out.
