From Monday to Thursday I went up 5 pounds...was depressed but I knew I was more active this week and my tracking was on point. Then, later that day, I started and gave a sigh of relief!!

I have found that you must also count oils, butter, margarine.....the little things count too.

Flowers definitely!

Great job!! Is it from diet or exercising or both?

Yep! Log every lick and crumb! I have a bad habit of cleaning the crumbs off my children's plates...even when I'm not hungry. Taking time to recognize those little things will make a huge difference at the week ;)

I work on the 5th floor in my building and walking those stairs without feeling like I am going to die is huge. Not only that, I keep track of walking the them and I am up to 3 times a day.... I feel so accomplished, especially since the scale has not moved in weeks.

Any strategies you would like to share? Did you use the treadmill or walked/jogged outside?

I weigh on Friday mornings before getting in the shower. I never weigh on Monday because I get slack on the weekends with 3 kids and a busy schedule. I know that on Monday, I can help "undo" some damage from not drinking enough water and the increase of sodium and by Friday, my weight has evened out a bit. But I have a…

How does the intermittent fasting work?

Boiled eggs and cottage cheese has become my go to breakfast. Lots of protein and very filling.

I really like the treadmill to do interval trading. I work on the fifth floor and try to walk the stairs 2 to 3 times a day...also try to use the stairs instead of the elevator.

I would like to join. Thanks for the link and motivation.

I basically eat the same things. Cottage cheese and a boiled egg for breakfast. I sometimes add a piece of toast. I can't seem to live without celery. Its my go to snack and I dip it in Lite Zesty Italian dressing.

Daily for me too, most of the time. The numbers go up and down and when they go up, I look at my sodium intake from theday before. Sodium can add a couple of pounds, believe it or not! There are other victories, such as how your clothes fit and muscle mass, so don't let the scale take that away from you.

I actually bought this program and I am so enjoying it. It has young people in the cast, including Billy Blank's daughter. It is upbeat and fun, which keeps most people interested in doing a workout. I am now on disk 2 for about 2 weeks and my body IS changing and I am losing weight. It is a little quirky and my sons,…
