I had my gallbladder removed and the only thing that causes me issues is bacon. Otherwise, this was the best surgery ever because I was in constant pain that caused me to have to lay in a fetal position until the pain went away.

I am 5'9 and it's not hard for me to lose weight but I do notice that I have to lose 40+ lbs. in order for others to notice and it takes me forever to go down dress sizes.

Weight Watchers works but it can be expensive. MFP is free and works just as well! I have done both and prefer MFP over Weight Watchers. You don't have to cook to lose weight. You just have to eat foods that are within your calories for the day. I very rarely cook and have been successful. There are all kinds of food…

I am eating low carb/slow carb.

It's mostly just water weight but I have lost 15 lbs. since April 7th. I am going to keep on trucking along and if my weight stalls I will just have to change it up.

Sorry about that. I am 5'9. Weight 340. Activity level: I put low because I have a desk job. I am walking a mile a day 7 days a week while I walk my dog right now but plan on increasing the activity this week.

I am on slow carb and I count sugar from fruit as well. I guess it depends on what plan you are following. I am only allowed fruit on my one cheat day. I have learned that if I eat any sugar, I crave more of it.
