I swim a lot. It's basically 75% of my weekly cardio. I don't use any program and I'm not very fast.

I'm bad at rest days. Rest days give me more free time to play basketball

Meal times actually will effect your weight loss as you keep triggering insulin every time you eat. I skip breakfast too
