I feel great. I just got home from the gym and burned a little over 600 calories on the elliptical. It is a beautiful sunny day and I have plans to work on a lot of projects. :smile:

I love the Shrimp and Island rice from the under 550 menu. It is 290 calories. They do offer the nutritional info at the table now (at least the one in my area does) Enjoy:happy:

Try not to beat yourself up to much. I know how hard it seems at times but you can do it. For me, if I focus too much on what I have done wrong I start to feel defeated and want to give up. I struggled with getting enough water in because like you, I waited to be thirsty. It may not be true but I was told that if you are thirsty then you have probably gone too long without drinking water and are dehydrated. My gym hours are limited on Easter so I will walk if it isn't raining or do a Kettlebell work out. Food wise I am o.k. because my family understands and is very supportive. I will probably eat ham and turkey and salad. I won't eat the desserts but I might bring something sugar free for me.

I eat the traditional 3 main meals a day (Breakfast, lunch, and dinner) I usually have at least one healthy snack or mini meal if I am feeling hungry or weak. I eat 1200 calories a day so I try and save some calories for snacks. I find that it works better for me not to get too hungry and maintain my blood sugar level.
