I usually drink a glass of water, and then have some popcorn! :) Its full of fiber so it keeps you full, and it's also not a lot of calories! just don't get the super buttery kind :)

It might be your IT band. Its a super common thing to injure with runners, and yea it can get really painful. Unfortunately I have classes for most of my day today and then I have my clinical rotation at the hospital from 1-10pm tonight so I was unable to burn as many cals as i had wished :(.
