  • I do drink tap water but I add lemon, lime, cucumber or orange slices to mask the taste, plus adds diversity to just having water! The citrus taste in the water makes me drink lots all day I'm at 8 and I usually don't even know because I love the taste now!!
  • Oh love spaghetti squash!! You bake in the oven for 45 minutes at 350 cut in half with some oil, pepper and salt. Then after they are done scrap it with a fork and it comes out stringy, looks like pasta!!! Then just add your sauce. Makes a great choice when your not up for heavy pasta!! Also has very little calories!!!
