My spaghetti sauce for tonight contains..

5 vine tomato pulverized
1 serving baby carrots pureed
half a medium sized sweet onion finely chopped
1/2 package ofcrumini mushrooms-chopped
3/4 mano pureed
1/2 cup Garden select parmesan & romano (figured this would be a good thing for thickening)
2 tblsp greek feta salad dressing
cinnamon
dash of pure peppermint
oregano
basil
italian spice
crushed red pepper flakes
cajun spice
just before its ready ( I am letting it cook about an hour) I am going to add cooked extra lean ground beef and some red and green peppers

I should just callt his kitchen sink sauce. LOL pretty much just looked and waited to be inspired LOL hope it tastes as good as it smells! off to enter it as a recipe! find out what the cals and such are!

    ahh very interesting, never had spaghetti squash before!!! might have to go see if we have it here at our grocery store!

    think its time for a snack, the smell of this is making me SOOOOOOO hungry!!!! I don't want to overeat at supper! MMMMMMM hope it tastes as great as it smells!

    Oh love spaghetti squash!! You bake in the oven for 45 minutes at 350 cut in half with some oil, pepper and salt. Then after they are done scrap it with a fork and it comes out stringy, looks like pasta!!! Then just add your sauce. Makes a great choice when your not up for heavy pasta!! Also has very little calories!!!
