On Sunday's I prepare 4 out of my 5 lunches for the week... this week: Harvestland turkey burger with grilled onions & mushrooms ( I put either bbq sauce or mustard on it..no bun) Sweet potato wedges with a tad bit of salt and bbq seasoning... chicken & steak fajitas, use lettuce wraps as the tortillas.... make a salad with chicken or steak.... a great dressing is mixing greek yogurt & salsa together....crush two or three tortilla chips if you need that extra crunch...

Tequila works well too....I am a big water drinker...I also add to a pitcher of water cucumbers or lemons...it's refreshing...

yes...eating is a daily thing...and I'm an eater of real food...NOT packaged food (IMHO)... Add me!! PS...clean eat most of the week...YUM. and I include my daily wine intake too!!! :)

awesome!!! i'm just shy of 5'8 and i'm 39...my heaviest was 222 (after having back to back kids)...lowest weight in the last 15 years was 165...cw is 184 after falling off the wagon...i think for me it's knowing my "happy weight"...which is between 165 and 175...getting there...slow process!!! everyone is doing an awesome…

tip...for those with the yogurt....you can freeze a portion of it...and use as a snack as froyo! :)

i just put some gum in my mouth so i would not go grab anything... Mine would be a whole bag of sweedish fish...and not the small bag...the BIG BAG from the wholsale club...all in a two days...it what happens when you put them next to the computer...thanks mom!
