    I personally love the Red Velvet Chocolate one from Thrive Forward (I modify it):

    1 cup unsweetened almond milk
    3/4 cup of chopped raw beets
    1/3 cup of frozen raspberries
    1 Scoop of Vega One Chocolate protein powder
    1 TBSP Ghirardelli Baking Cocoa
    1/4 cup of gluten free rolled oats

    Sometimes I throw in 1/2 - 1 cup of strawberries or cherries for added calories.

    Frozen banana and unsweetened vanilla almond milk with my chocolate flavored protein powder. I love the combination of chocolate and banana.
    If I use vanilla protein powder, I would add it to my oatmeal. It's so delicious. If I want to drink it, I just add milk.
    I hate protein powder with just water.

    Tonight I had fresh strawberries, frozen banana, unsweetened almond milk, and a tablespoon of natural peanut butter along with my chocolate protein mix. IT was FABULOUS! :)

    I'd suggest shopping around for a nicer protein shake. My local bodybuilder has samples to try before buying 1.2kg PP, bless him. Some are too sweet. I found one that I like, and pretty much get the same thing every time. It's called Viscious Vanilla!!

    I use 310 shake, which only comes in Vanilla, so for my chocolate fix I use unsweetened Almond milk (1 cup), a small banana, a handful of ice, PB2 powder (if you like peanut butter in your smoothies, this is awesome...only 45 calories), and cocoa powder. It tastes really good & it holds me over from about 7 am to about 1-2 pm without being hungry.
  • I use unjury protein powder they have vanilla, strawberry sorbet, chocolate and chocolate splendor and they are all pretty tasty. I add 1 cup 1% milk and 1 cup of fruit.

  • I add 1tablespoon of chai seeds, 1/4 cup of raw oatmeal, with non fat milk. Sometimes I'll add Greek plain or vanilla yogurt. Protein loaded

    The most simple way to make a delicious protein shake is to use milk instead of water and add some maple syrup . GARANTEE you , youll start making it that way everytime . Its like a dessert to me

    This is great to add to your protein shake. Unsweeten almond milk,frozen strawberries,sugar-free chocolate jello pudding and 2 spoons kool whip. It really gets me moving before work. Really good.

  • I mix all of mine with my Herbalife Protein Drink Mix, Healthy Meal, and then I use water and add things such as pudding mix, fresh or frozen fruit and veggies, Oatmeal, nuts, mini choc chips, DaVinci Coffee syrups, cappicuino mix, vanilla extract, butter buds, cinnamon, even my Herbalife Lemon Fat burning Tea, or crystal lite type drinks. I have even used the frosting flavor packets to make the kids a bubble gum or cotton candy shake :-) I am new to MFP. I will try to share my shake recipes if you would like, or feel free to add me as a friend :-D
