    I do low carb/healthy...which means I stay organic/paleo as often as possible. I have a GREAT morning protein shake that is a big boost of protein and a bit of caffeine:
    1 scoop of whey protein
    1 cup of coffee
    1 cup of almond milk
    1 tbsp cocoa powder
    3 drops of stevia (or to taste)
    and ice
    mix in a blender until frosty and smooth. Makes 2 servings, freeze one for the next day. It tastes great and is very filling, with only 4 carbs!:drinker:

    Today's shake is fairly representative:

    Now - White Chia Seeds, 2 tsp
    Cytosport - 100% Whey Protein Vanilla Powder (Costco), 1 scoop
    Hershey's - Cocoa Natural Unsweetened , 2 Tbsp (5g)
    Trader Joe's - Unsweetened Coconut Milk, 1 cup
    Parkers Farm - Creamy All Natural Peanut Butter, 2.8 tbsp
    Pure Vanilla Extract - .5 tsp

    I do the shake as a meal replacement in the morning cuz I'm lazy. I always add some sort of fat for satiety. Sometimes it's MCT oil, other times I use full fat coconut milk as the liquid.

    I just started adding real vanilla extract a few days ago, and it makes a huge difference. My shakes taste so decadent now! :P
