I was there - a full-time working mom of three kids ages 7 and under when I started almost 4 years ago. You can do this! I did not have my husband working with me, so you have an advantage there. Stay consistent, and you will see results :)

If you were legitimately eating 1300-1400 calories per day and not losing weight - there is something wrong. Sometimes we think we are eating a certain number of calories, but actually eat more. I would definitely suggest weighing food and making sure you have your portion sizes correct. Perhaps a dietician who can create…

I am down about 45 pounds since August! I did it by working with a personal trainer 2-3X a week and doing at least an hour of cardio on my off days. At this point I am working on fitness and building strength, but haven't lost much weight in the past couple of months.
