  • I would leave it on sedentary and monitor your weight loss for 2 weeks. If you start to lose more than 2-3 pounds a week or are feeling unhealthy (due to lack of calories), then change the setting. The worst thing that will happen is you may lose more weight than you initially expected!
  • I use a camelback. Comes in handy for running / biking or hiking.
  • I have more energy if if I eat one slice of whole wheat bread, with a tablespoon of almond butter and a banana about 30 minutes before working out.
  • Not a spam thread. The first link is for the Vancouver sun run, learn to run 10 k. the other ones are for 100 pushups, 200 situps, 200 squats,150 dips. Just google the learn to run 10k and the challenges if you are unsure about the links. I have lost a total of 25 since Jan 1.
  • Have your doctor test your testostrone levels, they may be out of wack.
