Switched from Coffee to Green Tea
I recently switched from coffee to green tea, this made all the difference in my weight loss thus far. Might want to try it out if you are a coffee drinker. Note: I only added about 20 mls of 2% milk to my coffee, no sugar at all. Hope this helps.
