I'm still ~15llbs from my goal weight, but I find keto so comfortable as a way of eating that I plan to continue beyond goal weight/body comp. Will probably experiment with increasing carbs slightly to find a comfortable maintenance level and eat mostly keto/paleo.

Definitely a water only person. I'm VERY skeptical of sweeteners. If I do sweeten anything, it's just my coffee with a bit of liquid stevia. I think kicking the diet soda habit is really important to moving toward a keto-adapted lifestyle.

Kudos to you for recognizing weight lifting is important! If you've not done this before, I would recommend spending a bit for a trainer to walk you through exercises, machines, etc. to ensure you're using good form and provide info on reps/sets, how to advance with increased weight, etc. Good luck to you!
