Yes. I will avoid social situations to go. I will also leave social situations to go to the gym.

What size do you wear, if you don't mind me asking?
-
Welcome! You are free to add me if you'd like. :)

I went from a 10 to a 8 /12 - 9. I had to get all new shoes.
-
Edit because I read the thread and apparently repeated someone else.

I hear you can get amphetamines from kids at the local community college.
-
That would require a LOT of resistance.

Today I'm proud of myself for spending an hour and a half at the gym when I really didn't want to go. 60 minutes of mixed cardio. 30 minutes of strength: arms. Yay for all of us and our victories! Keep winning small battles every day and soon enough you'll win the war!

Congratulations on your weight loss and your decision to come back! We're glad to have you. :)

I am in the same situation. The best thing to do is make a list of the reasons you want to get fit, and refer to that whenever you feel a binge coming on or feel as if you don't care anymore. At least, that's been working for me!

I'm a psych tech, I keep it at sedentary even though every 15 minutes I get up to do rounds. I was considering lightly active but I don't work every day.
-
I would have an open relationship with myself.

Congratulations! The best part of this is that it was a VLCD, one that most people would claim puts you in "Starvation Mode". This goes to show that regardless of what other people think/believe, different things work for different people. I'm so happy for you! That's a huge accomplishment, you should be seriously proud of…

I've only been back at losing weight for a week now. I've bad one binge DAY, which made me realize how much my body hates when I eat like crap, even after having only feed it right for less than a week. I followed it up with a fast day after, which I wouldn't recommend for everyone. I've always been a big supporter of…

Welcome! It's always good to have a new member! Having people to turn to that understand your struggle is the best support. Hope to see you around a lot!
-
Being proud of yourself is the best way to stay motivated! I'm happy for you for being stronger than the binge. :)
-
I've been called a witch. Does that mean I get to ride you?
-
Hey, you just described my prescription. Three cheers for giving ADHD kids some speed!

*Trying SO hard to refrain from dirty comments.*

I'm actually a cat. We're taking over the world. You should probably be afraid.
-
I'm going to buy all the cute clothes I've always wished I could pull off. And of course a bikini. :)
-
This was wonderful to read.

I would. The only real problem with it is that with an age gap like that, the two in the relationship may be at different maturity levels and/or different points in their lives where they want different things.
-
Oh darn, you beat me to it.

Lack of sleep will make you want to eat more. Because your body isn't producing melatonin during the day, even if you get 8 hours, it probably won't be quality sleep. Learn to resist the cravings. It's going to suck. I lost over 60lbs, started overnights and put 30 of it back on. Stay strong.

I'm 21, and looking to lose about 60ish more. (Though I'm not entirely sure if I'll go that far, thinking 45 might be better for my frame.)

Live in Mt Clemens & work in Warren (and sometimes downtown Detroit.)
-
And I'm right next to you! Let's have a workout party! :)
-
Mount Clemens, here! Representing for the Metro-Detroiters! :P

I would suggest starting over, especially if you haven't been doing any workouts to that magnitude in those two months. A lot can change in 1/6th of a year. My vote is to start fresh.
