We are definitely our own worst enemies. I have a motivational board where I read it everyday and do my best to meditate on it during the day. I just repeat to myself that "Nothing will taste as good as thin feels" Good luck

Just got back from San Juan last week. Great restaurants in Old San Juan. Marmalade was wonderful. The fort was worth seeing. Had the best Pina Coloda and also lemonade that I have ever had. We also did the barcardi tour which was interesting. Enjoy.

Chef, I have the same issues. I work in health care as the Production Manager in the kitchen and it is hard. I gazed lovingly at chocolate cake yesterday but had to keep telling myself that nothing taste as good as thin will feel.
