Wow ! Awesome. You are an inspiration.

It's vigorous for people who are obese although probably not that vigorous for people who are fit. You have to remember it from that perspective.

I have been going there now during the week for about a month. I have seen no bagels, no pizza, and no tootsie rolls. I've also seen attendants correcting people when they are using the machines wrong.

Congrats! You're doing an awesome job!

My favorite of the advanced is the 4 Fast Miles. The pace is 5 mile an hour. Each mile is roughly 12 minutes. It's higher impact definitely but you work up a really good sweat. There is also a cool down and stretch piece.

There is so much varying literature about this and it seems to be reflected in this discussion. My default sugar setting seems to be a lot higher than whats been mentioned probably because I do 60-75 minutes of Cardio most days. Sugar in fruit is different than the refined sugar. It doesn't tax your system to process fruit…

Thank you! I will.

The interval ones are MUCH more challenging than the original ones she did. I am so glad she put them out there because I was beginning to move on from what she was doing.

I've absolutely noted that. The last one that I got of hers was about 8 years on from the first one I had. She's definitely slimmer and more toned.

Thanks for bringing it back up. It was something I was considering today

One serving of raw Walnuts will take care of that 200 calories.

The pace on the one mile is about is about 4 miles per hour. Some of her DVDs are higher more like 4.5 to 5 miles an hour
