ARGH! I've stayed the same as last week! But at least I haven't gained.

Well done ladies. I'm promising myself I'll drink all my water this week! Good luck with week 8 pin-ups!
-
Well sadly I'm at 149.1 this week - but hopefully that's just from my weekend away, and it will drop fast. I spent the weekend in Stratford - all day on the train yesterday coming home with very little water.

Hi Pin-Ups. I survived the Thanksgiving weekend without being too bad. However I went to weigh myself this morning and I need a new battery for my scale; as it's a long weekend here I can't pick up a battery today, so leave my weight the same as last week as I won't make it into town until mid-week. For those of you in…

Wow! Rach thanks for the adding the column to the chart, I've been feeling like I've been stuck the last two weeks, with next to no movement, but my weekly average makes me feel better. Off to workout. Good luck pin-ups in week six!

Down to 148.5 this week. I'd like to make it past 145 by the end of the month, which if I stay on track would have me down to 135 by the end of the year and then just under 135 for my birthday in January. Good luck in week six pin-ups.

Wow Rach you are looking good. Great Work!

The only time I don't use whole wheat is when making pastry or short bread and sugar cookies. The whole wheat is too heavy for those things.

I'm in my seventh year teaching - and it's just as exhausting as my first. I teach mostly at-risk students grade 9-12. It's fun but exhausting. I get up at 5:15 twice a week to do an hour workout. I run two days a week immediately after work with a colleague (we go right from school), and then I try to fit in two sessions…

Wow ladies! 178.6lbs lost! This is an impressive group. You've been keeping me honest and motivated! Keep up the awesome work ladies, out hearts and bodies appreciate what we are doing for them hugely! Good luck to all of you in week 5.

Hi everyone. My weight I slowly going down. I'm at 149.1 this week, from 149.8. I forgot to be excited last week about being in the 140's because I'd lost so little weight, but yay I'm finally in the 140's. My next goal is 3.6lbs away, at which point I'll be out of the overweight BMI category.

I just downloaded it last week, and planned on using it when I didn't have time to do my usual workout. I think I'll join you guys and give it the whole 30 days like it's setup for. I'll be starting tomorrow though, I have two hockey games this afternoon and just took a roof off of a barn this morning, so I can't fit it…

It looks like everyone is doing well. I'm just starting my third week back at work and I'm making a promise to myself to pack my lunch everyday (high school cafeterias are a scary food zone), I have three hockey games and one practice if I can fit two or three other workouts in I should have a good week. Here's to hoping!…

I weighed in at 149.8; I lost very little but at least I'm moving in the right direction. :)

Awesome work ladies! Great week!

Down to 150.1 this week. So close to the 140's, but I just didn't make it; I don't have any outings this week that revolve around food, so this should be a good week!
-
This all sounds so good! Yummy!

Wow ladies! Awesome work. Just finished my first day back to work after a two month break - going home to work out - usually my first week back I eat horribly and sleep instead of exercise, but this group is keeping me motivated!

Hi ladies, it is wonderful to see that you are all doing so well. I've started slowly, but I'm finally feeling like I'm back on track; one of my hockey teams starts back up this week, the other two start two weeks after, so hopefully I stay on track through the fall. Starting weight was 153, I'm down to 151.9 today - and…

Sitting on a stability ball instead of a chair engages your core, even if it is only for part of the day it can make a huge impact on your core strength.

I'm a quotation junkie! You have some of my favourites on your list. Thank you for sharing and compiling them.

I'm totally in. I enjoyed the summer far too much and finally faced reality by stepping on the scale this morning. 153lbs.
-
I'll join too. It sounds like fun and will add some variety to my workouts.

I've had low blood sugar issues since I was an early teen. Peanut butter and crackers works best for me, as does cheese and crackers, apple and peanut butter, sesame seed butter or hummus; you need snacks with quick sugar (fruit works well) paired with protein so you don't dip back down.
