Good question. Hope someone can answer as I'd like to know as well. I do keep my workouts on the spreadsheet on my desktop as well as the app. Do you do warmup first or strictly 5x5? I'm only on my 2nd week and still researching the program. TIA

On my 2nd week SL 5x5! Had a hard time finding a place with Oly station, so I just bought one for my house yesterday and setting it up today. So, we shall see how well it works!

Does anyone know if the Groupon deal is only for midsection or thighs as well? I have been on a strict workout & meal plan regimen since September and have the stubborn back of thigh area that I cannot target!
