I definitely have problems with consistency. I'll do great for a week or two, and then stray so easily. I am an emotional eater and I also tend to take the route of convenience! It is tough.

I'd be lost without my coffee. I usually have 1-2 cups in the morning, and then occasionally I'll have one in the afternoon or early evenings (but not often). In the evenings, if I want coffee or tea, I usually try to stick to decaf.

I usually bring a sandwich, greek yogurt, a variety of fresh fruits and veggies, hummus, sometimes a granola bar or beef jerky... string cheese.... or even leftovers! Always looking for new ideas, though, haha.

I also recommend Couch to 5K. I downloaded an app on my phone. You gradually work your way up, and you can always modify or stay at a certain week if you need to!

I am 5'7" and currently around 171-173. I have a large frame. Around 157-161 I was in pretty good shape and looking pretty toned.. wearing 10's and even some 8's. I'd like to at least get to 160 to start... and then maybe 150!

I almost never wear underwear to exercise! I don't exercise at a gym, so all of my activity is done at home or outside. When I run or anything like that, I wear the tighter knee-length shorts. When I wore underwear before they would just ride up and become uncomfortable.
