yeah, same for me. I need to run; that's the reason I haven't done Jamie's program. I love her through! She is my inspiration. Pauline Nordin is also pretty freaking amazing. She has a program too; if you google fighter diet it will take you to her web page. Any of the programs on bb.com are great, it just depends on what…

I'm an endless supply of turkey recipes. I posted one for southwest turkey meatballs the other day.

Jamie Eason is awesome! The only draw back with her program is that if you are training for a distance sport you have to stop. There is no cardio the first 2? weeks. You can follow her on Facebook and she will answer you questions personally.

Dishwasher, I have one, haven't used it in over two years :X I could also give up microwave. I've gone without for over a year before. My washer and dryer on the other hand gets run 2-3x a day.....I'd be helpless without it!

Why not any meal and make smaller portions or freeze the left overs?

It may sound strange, but I to two things. I look down at my feet if I can't see how much further I have to go I won't whine, 2. I tell myself I will not be defeated by a hill. I frequently train on very large hills and this always works for me. :)

Honey, do it! I know first hand about saving money and getting back in shape after having a newborn! You need to put yourself at close second (I'll never say first over kids  ) My ODD was the same way, she would just sit and color and she was literally not more than 3 feet away from me at any moment. Take his fav.…

When I used to live in apt with a gym you bet your booty I took my kids (then one was 4 and the other 4 months)! I didn't go when it was busy and I had stuff to keep them entertained. As long as they are well behaved go for it.

This is my FAV way to make sweet potatoes (and my whole family <3 them) I cut them in to thin rounds (leave skin on) lay flat on a baking sheet (brushed with oil), brush the tops with olive oil or grape seed oil (has a high flash point) sprinkle with a little salt and pepper and bake until crispy (20 min or so) They are…

Thanks for the article, however I have to really question the sources and the "studies" conducted on a few of those.

There are many theories on this subject. It's best that each person is their own scientist. However, my personal stance is to treat protein shakes etc. as supplement. Meaning in addition to not in place of natural protein sources. :)

There is nothing wrong with peanut butter! Eat it in moderation! Enjoy it! Aim for a healthy version (one that doesn't have added salt, sugar, or oils). Trader Joes has a few, but most grocery stores have a nut bar where you can grind your own.

^^^^ Yes! Great job!

Diary is not necessary in the diet. Calcium is. Most of the non caucasian population has a difficult time digesting dairy. :)

WTF! :( I'm so sorry. Every time I hear about your unsupportive family it angers me. You should NOT be treated that way. You are a very smart and beautiful young lady, you are doing a FANTASTIC job getting fit and making healthy choices. When they put you down you keep these positive words in your head!

Well, per the mag. it's 320 cal for 4 meatballs and 1 cup of corn mixture, but with my additives IDK I didn't recalculate it yet. Probably pretty close as I didn't use oil to fry the meatballs ; but I did add peppers, tomato sauce and more vegg stock. :flowerforyou: Also wanted to add, it's NOT spicy. I kept it that way…

OK back (HTC is the worst phone ever!) You dont want to do LOTS of cardio. You want to do quality cardio. You also want to lift heavy not light weights. Your diet has to be SPOT ON to get the ripped look. I've suggested it a few times and I'll suggest it agina and again look around bobybuilder.com and follow Paulin…
