I'm a 32G and wear a extra high impact one that is wired. It's from marks and Spencers so guess you can't get it in the states but the wires make so much of a difference!

Thanks! I've used some ibuprofen gel but didn't have too much off an effect. Tried to use the cross trainer very gently last night but seemed to have made things worse! It's been close to a week now and not a happy bunny :(
